Returns: We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or DM first. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Standard shipping charges apply to all orders and are calculated based on your location (Governorate) at checkout.

Return Conditions:
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Please note that returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item has a defect or manufacturing fault.
• The item arrived not as expected (e.g., damaged packaging).
• The delivery exceeded the estimated time.
• The courier did not allow you to inspect the goods before payment.

How to Return:
You must contact us via email before returning any item.

Packaging Requirements:
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The items must be safely wrapped in a carton box (you may use the original shipping box) to ensure protection during transport.
