Refund & Exchange Policy

At Valiina, we want you to love what you wear. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • The item was purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@valiina.com or via WhatsApp with your Order # and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed.

  • Credit Card: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders are typically issued via Store Credit or mobile wallet transfer (e.g., Vodafone Cash / Instapay) depending on our current policy.

4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the error was ours.

5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if a return label was provided by us).
